St. Louis County has placed workers in the Public Health division on-call to respond to the COVID-19 pandemic. The language in our contracts does not afford them on-call pay, but your union team has successfully negotiated terms of their on-call status in two Letters of Understanding (LOU). The negotiating team is recommending members vote to accept these LOUs. Members will need to use Zoom to cast their votes.
To register for the Zoom vote, click on the link below for your appropriate unit. Once your membership status is verified you will receive an invite to the Zoom meeting scheduled for Tuesday, May 19 11:00am-1:00pm. You will be able to login to the meeting anytime during that 2 hour period and vote on the LOU.
