Delphine is the president of our local for the past 22 years. Delphine is an LPN and works at the Fergus Falls CBHH. Our local represents Community Behavioral Health Hospital (Fergus Falls and Alexandria, Community Addiction Recovery Enterprise (Fergus Falls), Fergus Falls Minnesota Veteran's Home, Fergus Falls Dental Clinic, Community Based Services, Minnesota State Operated Community Services (Fergus Falls (3), Elbow Lake (2), Mahnomen, Alexandria, Moorhead, East Grand Forks (2).
